Here is my list of things I had to do to get multi-user mode working using their app on our File Server. Our file server is running Server 2012 R2. So, like most reasonable businesses, we used a server. ![]() Additionally, we work with a lot of client provided Quickbooks files, so we use multiple versions as well. ![]() We have too many people in and out of the office and not enough licenses to really have a "dedicated computer" for hosting multi-user mode. ![]() ![]() I'm hoping at least one bit of this may help you (it certainly didn't help us), otherwise I've really wasted a LOT of time over the last few weeks. I GOT IT TO WORK, but we just gave up because at the end of the day it was too cumbersome. OMFG, I have spent nearly 24 hours over the last two weeks trying to get multi-user mode working in our office.
